This is a list of known Lockheed F-104 Starfighter survivors.

- GAF F-104F 29+03 is displayed as part of the Deutsches Museum Flugwerft Schleissheim collection, located on the airfield at Oberschleißheim in the northern suburbs of Munich.[5][6]
- GAF F-104G 22+58 is preserved at the "Traditionsgemeinschaft JaboG-34", in Memmingen, Germany.[7][8]
- GAF F-104G 20+47 is on external display at the Internationales Luftfahrtmuseum, Manfred Pflumm, in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany.[9]
- GAF F-104G 25+74 (painted as MFG1 22+22) is on external display at the Deutsches Marinemuseum in Wilhelmshaven, Germany.[10]
- GAF F-104G 20+81 (painted as 23+81) reconnaissance is on display at the air base in Schleswig, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany[11]
- GAF F-104G/CCV 98+36 is preserved at the Wehrtechnische Studiensammlung Koblenz, Germany
- GAF F-104G 43+33 is on display at the Deutsches Museum in Munich.[6][12]
- GAF F-104G ZLL is on display at Luftwaffenmuseum der Bundeswehr at Berlin-Gatow[13]
Hungary

- Ex-RCAF CF-104G 104893 (63-893) is on display at the Hungarian Museum of Hungarian Aviation, Szolnok. The last operator was the Turkish Air Force.[14][15]
- GAF F-104G 21+64 is on display at the Hungarian Museum of Hungarian Aviation, Szolnok.[16]
Italy
The Italian Air Force was a major user of F-104s, and the last air force to withdraw the aircraft from its front line. More than 100 F-104s are in display in Italy. A complete list is here.
An F-104G exhibited at the Trieste Airport is entitled to the memory of Air Force general Licio Giorgieri, assassinated by the Red Brigades - Union of Combatant Communists in 1987.

- German Air Force F-104G Starfighter 26+23 is preserved at the Air Museum of Spain, in Madrid. The aircraft is an ex-Luftwaffe machine which retains its German markings on the left side but is unusually painted with Spanish markings on the right side.[21]
